The doctor I was telling you about had a canteen and she serves a lot of cucumbers as side dish. This is because this vegetable or rather fruit is rich in Vitamin B17 too. This and turnips and the green part of watermelons. I really can't tell the difference between fruits and vegetables. I think as long as anything is plant based, it's very good for our health and it does not cause uric problems. This has been proven already by a lot of experts.
I am not sure that cucumbers, turnips or green part of watermelon has b17. B17 is bitter, cucumbers are not. But in my opinion cucumbers are good meal, fruits are sweet and sour, vegetables has less sugars so in a way it's even better then fruits. I know apple seeds have b17, maybe even stronger then in bitter apricot kernels if you compare it by weight. I know flax seeds have b17 but it's 500 micrograms/1kg, but kernels have from 1500-3500/1kg.
